This policy covers this website only. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy on its own site, such as arkaan.mukhtarapp.world/privacy.
Who we are
Mukhtar App World is an app studio run by Faisal Mukhtar from G4, Mastan Shopping Center, Resource Plaza, 21, Mirza Ghalib Road, Byculla West, Mumbai 400 008, India. Contact us at hello@mukhtarapp.world.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form or send an estimate, we receive your name, email, optional phone number and company, country, the details of your project and any estimate you attach.
- Your country, approximately. To suggest the right regional site, the website looks up the country of your IP address and checks your device's time zone. We don't store your IP address.
- Fonts. Our typefaces are served from this website itself, so loading them sends nothing to Google or any other company.
- Preferences on your device. Your chosen region and an estimate you're preparing are kept in your browser's local storage so they're still there next time. They never leave your device unless you send them to us.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, prepare a quote and, if we work together, deliver the project. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Where it is kept
Messages arrive in our email inbox and, if you contact us on WhatsApp, in WhatsApp. We keep enquiries for up to two years, and project records for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing hello@mukhtarapp.world. You can clear the preferences stored on your device at any time through your browser settings.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
